Johnsons Coffee, Northern Ireland’s leading coffee roaster and coffee supplier to DFDS Seaways has been awarded a further 3 year contract to supply all ships on the cross channel routes between Dover–Dunkirk and Dover–Calais routes. Johnsons Coffee has also introduced a new branded Espresso Bar on board, ‘Cuppa Joes’, with DFDS Seaways being the exclusive official brand partner in the region.
Commenting on the appointment, Matt McPhail, route food & beverage manager, DFDS Seaways said, “We are pleased to extend our contract with Johnsons Coffee and excited about the new developments on board our ships, with the introduction of ‘Cuppa Joes’ newly designed Espresso Bars. We have been extremely impressed with the high standard of customer care and support we receive from Johnsons and our passengers really love Johnsons’ freshly roasted coffee”.

The coffees supplied by Johnsons have won universal praise from passengers from both sides of the English Channel showing that the company’s coffees are amongst the best on a pan European scene.
