Johnsons Coffee has been awarded the contract to supply the newly opened ‘Agape Centre’ on Belfast’s Lisburn Road. The centre, built by the Methodist Church is built on the site of the former church premises, originally constructed in 1906.
The aim of this project is to provide a cross community partnership networking centre to enable collaboration and resource sharing among the statutory, voluntary and community sectors.
The centre will provide a visible, coordinating focal point for a range of specific services to the diverse local community of south Belfast.
The project aims to:
- Provide a quality accommodation facility for use by service providers, community groups, families and individuals within the area,
- Enable networking between service providers,
- Offer conference and seminar rooms, with catering provision,
- Provide a visible focus for the development of community life,
- Provide an easily accessible neutral venue for the area.
The contract is to supply the centre with support, training and of course locally roasted Johnsons Coffee.
